An IT Developer provides programming support to the IT Department. Codes, modifies, tests, and debugs application programs following well-defined specifications and instructions.




  • Develop and maintains computer applications and systems, as necessary, to implement identified solutions to business issues.
  • Assists with the testing and validation of new software to ensure that software changes are reasonably defect-free.
  • Provides first-level support to end users on managed applications. Escalates advanced issues to Systems Analysts.
  • Develops documentation describing the technical aspects of applications and systems, as well as run notes, change control logs and procedural diagrams. 
  • Assists in the development of instructions and manuals to guide end users, following established documentation standards.
  • Maintains compliant work processes according to applicable regulatory standards and Cooperative policies and programs.


Minimum Qualifications

·         Bachelors in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

·            Experience with any combination of RPG, PHP, HTML5, ASP.Net, javascript, and SQL languages and frameworks, Agile and MVC development methodologies, and IBMi and Windows Operating Systems environments.
