A Controller is responsible for the preparation and the maintenance of the financial records in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). This department will supervise functions that will include the areas of payroll, property accounting, budgeting (capital and operating), consumer billing, cost accounting and other special projects. · Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field, plus 9 to 10 years related experience and/or training,
and 5 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
