    A Cyber Security Intern will assist in various areas related to cyber security and compliance. We're looking for someone who can maintain a high degree of situational awareness to meet continually changing conditions with a fresh and adaptable approach. In this position, you will be given the opportunity to work alongside peers who are versatile, enthusiastic, and strive to push forward AECC's mission.




    • Involvement with research projects in conjunction with local university and corporate partnerships
    • Development of new tools and modifying existing tools including but not limited to applications, scripts and macros using common programming languages
    • Conduct remote and on-site evaluations, implementations and documentation of cyber security posture
    • Assist in Cyber Security operations as needed including but not limited to assessments, reporting, documentation and incident response

    Minimum Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
    • Completed coursework or experience in networking and operating systems.

    ·       Technologically adept and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.



    ·       Exceptional analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem solving skills.

    ·       Extremely detailed and accuracy oriented.

    ·       Exceptional writing skills

    ·       Good communication skills

    ·       Self-starter and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
