    A supervisor – grounds is responsible for the care and maintenance of the campus grounds and building facilities of the organization. In this position, you will be given the opportunity to work alongside peers who are versatile, enthusiastic, and continuing to strive to push AECC and our mission forward.




    • Provides direction for grounds keepers in the care and maintenance of the grounds and buildings.
    • Ensures that all work is completed and tasks are performed in a safe manner.
    • Provides daily updates to management on the status of projects, personnel performance, and equipment malfunctions.
    • Installs and maintains campus underground irrigation system and ensures proper application of chemicals and fertilizers.
    • Assists in the budgeting process for equipment and grounds maintenance needs.
    • Assists buildings maintenance with planning and execution of large projects and maintains grounds equipment.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED, plus 3 years related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Pesticide license
    • 1-2 years’ supervisory experience.
