    An Assistant Analyst provides support in procurement, contract preparation, records management, and other miscellaneous activities for the Power Delivery Transmission Construction Department. In this position, you will be given the opportunity to work alongside peers who are versatile, enthusiastic, and continuing to strive to push our company and our mission forward.



    • Assists with procurement services related to purchase of equipment, material, tools and construction services. This includes, but is not limited to, preparing requests for quotations, creating purchase requisitions and purchase orders, monitoring/reporting delivery status, and processing invoices.
    • Assists with the preparation and administration of construction and maintenance contracts, under supervision of Transmission Construction Manager
    • Creates Excel spreadsheets and/or Word documents to assist team members with items such as equipment specifications, bid evaluations, tool/equipment tracking, schedules, etc.
    • Assists with department CCMS records management.
    • Assists with project status monitoring/reporting, including updating schedules and action item lists, soliciting status updates from team members, and preparing materials for project meetings.
    • Assists other Power Delivery Departments/Districts, as needed.


    Minimum Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Enrolled in a University and in pursuit of a degree such as Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Operations, Construction Management or similar related field.
    • Valid Driver’s License
    • Ability to work an estimated 20 hours per week


    Preferred Qualifications

    • At least 1 year of relevant experience
